Supervise offshore Telecom specialists and assist in carrying out of maintenance activities on Telecom systems
Prepare technical reports, assisting in development of the 5-year work program, evaluating equipment obsolescence and
propose replacement plan, update engineering and technical documents and manuals.
Preparation of technical dossier (Scope of work) to request for quotation from contractors regarding telecommunication
projects, and specific operations on systems.
Propose Improvement of the quality of service provided by the Telecommunication Contractors for systems maintenance.
Participate in supervision of third-party contractor on site to ensure compliance to installation rules
Recommend and implement appropriate solutions for operational problems/anomalies of Telecommunication
Equipment/Systems at Field.
Actively participate in FAT, Commissioning activities for all Telecoms equipment and systems, and prepares punch lists
and follow-up the progress of the punch list.

ACTIVITIES
Technical
Prepare well designs and operational programs in line with statement of requirements (SOR), Company referential, industry standards and best practices to achieve wells objectives.
Leading operational program review (DWOP, pre-spud, PPR...) within the D&amp;W team, rig and service companies, HQ when necessary.
Propose and implement innovative engineering solution to overcome technical challenges and alternative plan. Draw up operating procedures. Prepare management of changes (MOC).
In charge of derogations perception against company’s referential and follow-up in line with HQ.
Define the scope and lead engineering studies performed by HQ (Geo-Mechanical, SHAZ, PBOR etc.). Ensure provision of necessary data, QAQC and challenge technical results.
Liaise with contractor for technical studies (riser analysis, running simulations etc.). Prepare scope of work, provide inputs data and review results.
Challenge complexity and ensure standardization within affiliate and with other affiliates
Prepare end of activities report. Control the accuracy of Wellview and Wellmap database. Prepare REX and postmortem analysis when necessary. Organize operation debriefing to disseminate experience across the team. Contribute to the field state of the art drilling.
In charge of implementing innovative practices to improve safety and performance. Conduct benchmark studies.
Organization
Follow up of operations and cost to ensure that the wells are delivered in line with objectives, on time and within budget.
Control drilling expenditures against budgeted cost and optimize contract utilization to meet wells budget.
Ensure accuracy of daily reports. Check adequacy of operation codification. Control the technical cost follow-up.
Support the superintendent for the mobilization and demobilization of equipment and personnel to ensure operational readiness while optimizing the cost.
Elaborate risk assessment related to SIMOPS. Prepare dossier with field operation and construction teams.
Participate in risk assessment related to drilling operations. Identify and implement mitigation measures to ensure successful well delivery. Prepare contingency plan with procedure, equipment, and personnel.
Manage operation debriefing with the rig and contractors to capture lessons learnt, areas of improvement and disseminate experience across the team. Update issue tracker with good practice and sources of non-productive time. Follow-up open actions.
Participate in HSE audits, site committee meeting and incident investigations.
Responsible for coaching drilling engineers, interns and DCAS.

Co-ordination
Plan for equipment and services. Ensure that available services and equipment are fit for purpose. Coordinate with contractors and material team for the supply and he preparation of equipment, both at the planning and execution stages. Lead reviews with contractors to ensure operational readiness.
Prepare and conduct invitation to tender for service and equipment contracts in conjunction with Procurement and Contracts entity. Conduct technical and commercial evaluations in coordination with partners and authorities.
Manage assigned drilling service contracts: Organize Bi-annual service quality meetings for contracts assigned (Duet) with a view to improving operational performance, assessing contractor performance and improving overall service delivery. Track invoices and ensure compliance with ongoing contract.
Implement digital solutions to measure, simplify, standardize and enhance engineering workflow.
Lead D&amp;W’s digital transformation within affiliate by collaborating with HQ digital teams

JOB PURPOSE
Following Contract award and FID, the Project Control Lead &amp; Contract Engineer supports the WHP Package Manager in the delivery of the EPCC contract from award to operations, with primary accountability for contract administration, cost control, schedule control, change management, and risk management.
The role ensures rigorous compliance with contractual terms, proactive identification and management of variations and claims, and accurate cost and schedule reporting, with the objective of delivering the WHP Project within the approved budget and schedule, contributing to a safe execution with no major H3SE incidents, and supporting start-up and operations no later than Q4 2028.

ACTIVITIES
Contract Administration &amp; Governance Coordinate and supervise the administration of the EPCC contract(s) for the IMA WHP/CSP package in full compliance with TotalEnergies procedures, including contract implementation, correspondence management, variation control, claims assessment, and contract close-out.
Project Controls, Documentation &amp; Reporting Ensure proper implementation of project control standards, including cost, schedule, and change control reporting. Coordinate with the DCC function to ensure accurate documentation management and preparation of execution, monthly, and management reports with appropriate quality and consistency.
Planning &amp; Scheduling Control Develop, maintain, and control the package execution schedule, monitor progress against the baseline, identify critical paths and deviations, and support the Package Manager with mitigation measures and recovery actions where required.
Cost Control &amp; Budget Management In close coordination with Finance/Cost Control, supervise cost monitoring, commitment tracking, forecasting, and budget performance for the WHP package. Ensure early identification and proper justification of cost deviations and change impacts.
Change &amp; Variation Management Consolidate, assess, and document all technical, schedule, and commercial changes, ensuring compliance with TotalEnergies change management processes. Advise the Package Manager on the cost and schedule implications of changes and support negotiations where required.
Contractual &amp; Commercial Support Provide contractual and commercial advice to the Package Manager, including assessment of Contractor positions, review of estimates, and support for SMRs, variations, and claims resolution, ensuring robust justification and documentation.
Monitor and control project performance including:
a. Cost =&gt; at any time be able to provide EFC
b. Planning =&gt; at any time have an updated P50 planning and a good understanding of P10 and P90

Supervise critical repair activities on-site, ensuring field welding, post-weld heat treatment (PWHT), and non-destructive testing (NDT) comply with structural codes.
Asset Integrity &amp; Plant Reliability Support
Support Fitness-for-Service (FFS) evaluations and remaining-life assessments for older or degraded stationary equipment
Support root cause analysis (RCA) on mechanical static equipment failures, structural leaks, and chronic piping vibrating issues to implement definitive corrective actions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized, accredited university
Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in mechanical engineering within a heavy continuous-process chemical plant, petrochemical facility, or refinery environment.

SPIE Services Nigeria Limited is currently looking for Planning &amp; Reporting Engineer to join its work force in Nigeria. Activities to perform:
Build TEPNG Project Management System 

Propose appropriate work breakdown structure for each project that is appropriate and standardization and consolidation of reporting, streamlining reporting routines.
Support the CMS (to be followed by PPM) by identifying all associated planning projects (trackers) &amp; reporting (dashboards), estimation (benchmarks) generic documents, templates, forms standardizing method and improving quality and efficiency, in line with head quarter procedures and guidelines.
Support the updating of annual PPM schedule, project L 0 &amp; 1 related to the COMEX file, follow up on the SRA for these files and PR2 /3 and 4 review related to schedule and reporting follows up and simplifies processes between projects and other entities, clarifying responsibilities and involvements.

Control the portfolio 
Manage the Work Time Schedule in relation to the Exhibit C for each package and integrate other services such as drilling and OPS.to consolidate the various project schedules &amp; reports into various key schedule /milestone and manning levels for each activity for the PPM activities.
Monitor implementation of the work breakdown structure, Schedule, progress measurement and reporting procedures, using appropriate tools.
Developing and maintaining schedules at project level, with analysis of critical path and potential clashes and proposal of remedial actions/solutions.
Ensuring availability at all times of an updated and accurate scheduling and progress measurement documentation.
Ensuring reporting at Project level (issue of Weekly reports, Monthly Status Report...)
Identify high level Risks (overruns, DLDs) and opportunities at portfolio level with mitigation actions.
To lead (from planning and reporting point of view) in the preparation / consolidation and review of the various Project schedules and report updates (internal and external / Annual and Multiyear) with inputs from the members of the Project Team and provide “ad hoc” plans support as required.

Provide support and resources to projects 
Propose support and Manage services on behalf of projects when required.
Improve and learn from experience
Gather and share lesson learned from projects Nigeria regarding project performance including project schedules benchmarks with Onetech.
Share regular feedback with local contractors to better work together from one project to another.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting and or similar background.
Typically, 20 years of oil and gas industry professional experience of which at least 10 years in an equivalent position as a lead planning, reporting and risk engineer.&lt;br /&gt;

He shall be supervise all related operation jobs, ensuring plant operation, isolation / de-isolation, waste water plant operation, chemical preparation, etc., system surveillance of potable water, sewage, industrial water and landscaping network, coordinate and handle non routine and emergency works, ensure the operational requirements are met with, compliance with safety and environmental standards, ensuring good house keeping , maintain good safety standards in the maintenance section, conversant with permit to work.
The candidate selected for this position shall have ability to understand &amp; communicate in English.
Candidates having Gulf experience will be preferred. Candidates shall have good health and sound physique.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Ideally you will have Degre in engineering from a recognized
institution with 07 year experience or a diploma engineering with 07 year experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industry or in a similar system I facility.

Experience required in water and chemical analysis.

Process non-PO and FI invoices, including appropriate coding and account assignment.
Resolve invoice discrepancies by coordinating with vendors, procurement teams, business units, and other stakeholders.
Monitor and manage invoice workflow queues to ensure timely approvals and payments.
Perform three-way matching (Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, and Invoice) where applicable. 
Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding items.
Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.

Qualifications:

Job Purpose

The Cost Management Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and managing institutional costs to ensure financial efficiency, compliance with regulatory requirements, and alignment with organisational policies.
Act as the focal point for all cost-related matters within FN
Responsible for the daily monitoring, tracking and periodic deliverables of the cost management section.
 Hold regular meetings with the Head of section and finance controlling manager to keep team informed about the progress on the cost management activities.
Prepare annual financial cost management plan and model.
Develop procedure for cost management function
Contribute and coordinate to develop guidelines for cost planning and modelling.
Develop seamless process from financial planning to annual cost budget and lead the preparation of Group consolidate budget / parent / subsidiary Cost Budget.
 Develop a holistic view of historical and forward-looking cost and inventories balances.
Coordinate across budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities and provide consistency review and quality check of the budget contain and reporting.
Drive cross-functional alignment on cost objectives, assumptions, and performance expectations across FN stakeholders
Provide financial planning, budgeting, and cost reporting to the Management Team (via the financial reporting and budget/forecasting sections) and other stakeholders. 
Support strategic decision-making through adhoc cost analysis and report as required
Interact with other departments / sections in obtaining the necessary inputs for the cost budget preparation.
Provide monthly cost analysis against budget, gap to potential and prepare monthly cost reporting
Provide and perform inventories trends analysis and monthly KPI’s
Conduct monthly cost and inventories review meetings with key internal stakeholders and managers to challenge variances and provide gap analysis.
Drive and monitor cash preservation exercise
Coordinate internal and external benchmark&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
3–5 years of relevant professional experience (fertiliser industry is preferred).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with SAP S4/Hana software .
Highly skilled in excel software and Powerpoint
