Job Purpose:
This position is a unique opportunity to manage the day-to-day Plants operations and First-degree Maintenance programs at an onshore field that produces oil.
Your main duties will be to:-
·  To organize the day-to-day Plant activities, managing the operators dispatching, following up tasks execution and reporting the feed back to the production superintendent in liaison with the control room.
·  To prepare commissioning procedures
·  To act as site representative for commissioning and/or startup operations.
·  To supervise the operating parameters of the production and utility process’s/equipment.
·  To organize the execution of level one and level 2 maintenance including minor repairs on production equipment’s.
·  To supervise the coordination of the work permit execution, applying precautions/conditions highlighted, ensuring the tidiness of the area, and managing the Permit to work tracking system. 
·  To advise the Production Superintendent of any potential hazardous situation or changes to operating conditions and implements any actions necessary to maintain safe continuous hydrocarbon production.
·  To manage the shift organization of operators under his resp.
·  To ensure the validity of the well tests according to procedures and well performance program for new wells considering well start up procedure emitted by WPWI Eng.
·  To prepare the daily report.  
·  To enforce the waste management philosophy on the Plant.
·  To supervise the operations under his resp. as HSE representative regarding the safety and environment policy.
·  Supervise in person the delicate or risky field operations. 
·  Assume the operational responsibilities as part of the work permit.
·  Ensure that all activities are conducted in respect of HSE Group standards and in accordance to the Italian regulations
Promote Company’s HSE and quality policies, rules, procedures, and programs; Implement actions in order to reach Company’s HSE objectives; Promote safety and environment awareness.

Accountabilities:
·  Manage the Chemicals supply and monitoring on the Plant if necessary related to his responsibilities.
·  To ensure that plants and equipment run according to operating procedures, Company rules and production requests.
·  Supervision of main production parameters, downgraded situations, shifts hand over; etc…
·  To ensure that operations activities are conducted in compliance with safety and environmental protection.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Candidate profile:
Ideally you will have graduated in chemical/production engineering with a minimum experience of 5/10 years of experience in Totalenergies affiliate within working in operation.
You are fluent in Arabic, and fluency in English or French would be an advantage.
You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.&lt;br /&gt;

Expérience

CONTRACT TERMS &amp; MOBILITY :

Ø  Strictly adhere to company’s rules, regulations and code of ethics
Ø  Share work and perform the inspection to the standard procedure and/or specified by Client request.
Ø  Review and prepare final report and/or certificate of conformity in a timely manner and assure its immediate dispatch to the Client.
Ø  Delivery of the W.O. file with all documentation to Finance department for Invoice Process.
Ø  Weekly report of the Quality department performance.
Ø  Control and records the use of gauges
Ø  Ensure gauges used in the shop are calibrated
Ø  Conduct dimensional and final inspection of tools.
Ø  Conduct inspection of surface treated (phosphate, cold rolling, and sand blasting) tools as well as give technical advice on surface treatment processes.
Ø  Ensure identification and traceability of tools and other customer properties.
Ø  Ensure proper filing and control of approved inspection and tally reports
Ø  Participate in the identification of nonconforming products
Ø  Maintain Gauges Control register for calibration update and interface with Logistics department &amp; for Gauge handling to and from Licensors and/or calibration shops.
Ø  Knowledge of Make-up operations.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Ø  License degree or technical Diploma: Electronics, Mechanical
Ø  Mechanical Background knowledge
Ø  Computer literate (Microsoft word, excel, power point)
Ø  Lead Auditor certificate will be an Advantage

MISSIONS:

1. Develop Operations Philosophy:
Design a comprehensive operations philosophy tailored to the PDH/PPP site, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
Define key operational objectives, performance indicators, and reporting structures.
2. Elaborate with the operation process
Define the scope of operation services: control room, chemical injection, sampling, etc.
Evaluate the requirements in terms of subcontacting, means, major tools, storage requirements,
Detail the requirement for the laboratory (tools and equipment)
Perform risk assessments of operational activities, identifying potential hazards and implementing mitigation measures.
3. Operation Dimensioning
Define operation organization (positions, work patterns)
Collaborate with Maintenance and Inspection engineering team, maintenance preparation team and the procurement team to estimate the annual operation budget.
4. Operational review
Review and comment all the design and engineering documents to ensure the operability of the plant.
Participate to 3d model review and plot plan review to ensure accessibility and operability of equipment.

CONTRACT TERMS &amp; MOBILITY:

Contract type : Local employment contract within an international group entity or freelance contract
Full remote during the preparation phase with missions in Cergy (France) and abroad at contract start short term missions overseas at client office and site
Mobilization in Turkey as from January 2027 (or earlier)
Site rotation : 8 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF
Expected final project outcome :
Strong engineering performance by end of 2026
Successful execution of operations and plant shutdown/start-up on site from 2027 to 2033&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
Advanced certifications in operations management or process safety
English : B2 level mandatory
Turkish nationality or speaking people is a strong advantage

Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience as a production superintendent for an Oil &amp; Gas / a petrochemical site, with PDH / PP process 
Strong knowledge in UOP and Lyondelbasel process 
Strong knowledge of operations philosophies, process safety, and performance management systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Other
Familiarity with international standards and best practices for operations and safety (e.g., API, ISO).
Understanding of contractual and commercial expectations

-   ln case of severity level 2 lifting (based on TOTAL CR EP HSE 041 "Technological risk management"), the CPLO must be involved in the risk assessment and has to valid the lifting plan.
-   ln case of severity levei1 lifting, the CPLO has to be involved in the lifting project and has to report to Headquarters CPLO.
The last can involve EP/ DEV/TEC for validation if deemed necessary.
-   Detailed written hand-over before holidays.
-     Position is based offshore and onshore (Sonils base), in Angola.
-  Requires frequent transfers (from/to offshore or onshore), often with short notice.
-  Fast growing activity {from 4 to 6 FPSO in 2 years).
