 Sr. Material Analyst

Single focal point for all materials and materials related issues to ensure safe deliveries and availability of materials on time to serve maintenance planned and unplanned spares/ consumables/ special and equipment requirement.

 Duties and Responsibilities
a) Review and approve requests for new materials creations and updates (PO text, stock parameters, Stock location, etc.), through MDG 
b) Review and approve BOM's creation and update/ deletion, etc., through MDG. Including projects, eMOC’s shutdown, etc. 
c) Follow-up with procurement and expediting for delivery of PO's, overdue PO's and long Pending PR's, and critical materials 
d) Steward, coordinate and follow-up of emergency procurements 
e) Resolve suppliers Technical Clarifications and follow/ monitor Technical Bid Evaluations 
f)Coordinate and steward Repair and return of materials (External), including capital spares monitoring and return to ensure availability 
g) Coordinate logistics to and from vendors, follow-up and update 
h) Facilitate return to stock, through warehouse returns, refurbishment process
i)Provide and update refurbishment status report (traceability and visibility)
j)Monitor Spares preservation- Ensure availability when needed. 
k) Monitor PM WO's release on time, PM WO's update and Task Confirmation, CM post PM WO close-out 
l) Ensure availability of ES for capital/ identified spares for preservation, and support warehouse in identifying non-capital spares for preservation and update 
m) Coordinate and Clear ongoing and long pending issues with engineering and supply such as: 
a. Materials discrepancy reports (from suppliers), 
b. materials returns, write-off and disposal, 
c. collection of direct charge and aging reservation materials 
d. Stock levels adjustment, etc.
n) Development and analysis of regular and adhoc materials status reports, such as 
a. Weekly, bi-weekly and materials status reports, 
b. MDG reports, 
c. Nonstock materials, aging reservations, temporary laydown area, 
d. Excess stock and Stock out, etc. 
e. Obsolescence reports by LCM 
f. technical clarifications reports
o) GE-CSA (BH) support: 
a. Approve ZVPO for spares handover and follow-up, 
b. customs clearance approval, CC allocation, 
c. loaning, 
d. R&amp;R, etc. 
e. interface and stewardship to resolve and support all GE/ BH issues&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent) in Engineering.
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the maintenance materials management/ spares management/ planning, in the Oil, Gas or Petrochemical Industries.
Computer Skills: Computer literate with proficient knowledge of SAP and commonly used Microsoft business software packages required.
English Language Skills: Good written and oral communication skills in English.

Your main duties will be to:
Overall responsible for the coordination of the project execution:

Key Responsibilities
Operational &amp; Technical Duties
Oversee the operation and maintenance of all mechanical systems, including planning, scheduling, inspection, and supervision of daily activities.
Perform hands-on maintenance of mechanical equipment and control systems.
Troubleshoot faults, diagnose malfunctions, and carry out repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
Conduct maintenance and repair work on UPVC, copper, DI, HDPE, GRE, and CS piping systems.

- Prime responsibility for carrying out the planning of daily maintenance activities with primary responsibility to ensure ‘right-first-time’ job performance so that equipment reliability is maximized, while improving maintenance ‘tool time’ ,’work quality’ by anticipating and eliminating potential delays

- The role is expected to be able to remove uncertainty to execute planning in a systematic, efficient and economical way with forecasted maintenance job planning approach.
- He or she should be able to independently develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work to meet budgets and schedules.
- Planning Engineer shall have Competency and work experience in SAP Maintenance module, preferably in SAP S4-HANA including order planning, Purchase requisition, service entry sheets, call-off orders, service orders, Maintenance related Master data creation, updation, deletion etc.

Routine maintenance job planning
- Establish, maintain and improve the Maintenance Plans within the area of responsibility
- Develop equipment preventive maintenance schedule.
- Based on the daily new work request from production, Planning engineer shall prepare detailed activity break up along with the estimation of required resources for the job i.e. internal and external manpower, materials and services.
- Preparing work pack for each work order.
- Coordinate and review the work plan for assigned maintenance activities; review and evaluate planned work, methods , procedures and oversee spare parts inventory.

Contract Handling
- Participate in maintenance contracts handling including scope development, specifications, initiating procurement process, technical evaluation and provide support to superiors for management approval process as and when required.
- Day to day coordination with contractors to supply manpower and/or services based on requirement during daily work order planning.
- Verify and process the invoices submitted by the contractor.

Spares and Materials management
- Communicate and Co-ordinate with end-users to ensure spares and materials are made available by Planning Engineers for schedule activities. Also provide feedback to MRP so that cost-effective replenishment levels are maintained.
- Updating the item master including item specifications, Bill of Material, Spare Parts Criticality and new item codes in ERP as and when required.
- Responsible for the Periodic Inventory review &amp; Changes in the buffer stock levels with the coordination of end-users.
- Co-ordinate with Supply Chain department and Contractors for procurement of spares to ensure the availability.

Bachelor’s Engineering degree (12+4 years) in (Mechanical )

 Job Purpose:
To optimize production downtime when executing maintenance activities contributing to the development and review of risk assessments.

Your main duties will be to: -
Oversee the management of topside non-routine activities, coordinating with various onboard entities (FOPS, E&amp;C, MP, MNT, INSP) and maintaining close collaboration with the onshore coordination team to ensure proper scope arbitration, validation, and  works.
Supervise contractor personnel onboard and act as the HSE representative to uphold safety standards.
Monitor offshore execution to ensure alignment with established KPIs, agreed milestones, and the approved P6 schedule.
Directly support Al-Shaheen field production goals by ensuring offshore activities are completed within the defined timeframes.

1.  Internal Interface Identification &amp; Management

    Instrumentation Supervisor (Hydraulic &amp; Pneumatic – Offshore)
Role Purpose

The Instrumentation Supervisor oversees all instrumentation activities related to hydraulic and pneumatic systems on offshore facilities. This includes supervising maintenance, installation, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting activities for well tie-ins, WHCPs, shutdown systems, and other brownfield instrumentation work. The role requires strong offshore experience and an excellent background in instrumentation within an Electrical &amp; Instrument discipline.

Key Responsibilities
1. Offshore Instrumentation Maintenance &amp; Supervision
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic instrumentation systems.
Lead field teams performing maintenance on well tie-ins, brownfield modifications, and shutdown-related instrumentation.
Provide daily supervision for electrical &amp; instrument technicians, with a strong emphasis on instrumentation tasks.
Ensure compliance with offshore HSE standards and PTW systems.
2. Installation &amp; Construction Activities
Oversee instrument hook-up, tubing, impulse line installation, and termination activities.
Supervise installation and testing of field instruments including:Pressure transmitters and switches
Flow instruments (DP, Vortex, turbine, etc.)
Level transmitters and gauges
Temperature elements and transmitters
Ensure correct installation of F&amp;G devices, detectors, and panels.

3. Hydraulic &amp; Pneumatic System Expertise
Lead maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of:WHCPs (Wellhead Control Panels) – pneumatic &amp; hydraulic
Shutdown monitoring panels
Hydraulic actuators, pneumatic actuators, and associated control loops

4. Testing, QA/QC &amp; Commissioning
Perform and/or supervise:Instrument calibration
Loop checking
Functional testing
Final QA/QC verification of used test equipment and documentation.
Ensure timely preparation and sign-off of ITRs and commissioning packs.

5. Planning &amp; Work Preparation
Prepare work packs, job cards, drawings, and material requests from onshore before mobilization.
Participate in offshore surveys and translate findings into work scopes.
Coordinate closely with engineering, logistics, and project teams to ensure job readiness.

6. HSE Leadership &amp; PTW
Serve as Permit Authority or act as the senior technical authority in a Permit-to-Work environment.
Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and ensure safe execution of daily activities.
Champion strong HSE culture among technicians and contractors.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical &amp; Instrument Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 7–10 years offshore experience in instrumentation, with hands-on hydraulic &amp; pneumatic systems experience.
Strong background supervising E&amp;I teams offshore, especially instrumentation crews.
Proven experience with brownfield modifications, well tie-ins, and shutdown work.
Demonstrated competency in WHCP systems, F&amp;G instrumentation, and field measurement devices.
Solid knowledge of industry standards (IEC, ISA, API).
Holder of valid offshore certifications (BOSIET / HUET / Medical).

Skills &amp; Competencies
Excellent troubleshooting skills for hydraulic and pneumatic control loops.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work efficiently under offshore conditions and tight schedules.
Familiarity with construction/commissioning tools (P&amp;IDs, ILDs, hook-up drawings).
Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Additional Preferred Attributes
Experience in brownfield project execution and SIMOPS environments.
Knowledge of shutdown sequencing, ESD logic, and cause &amp; effect matrices.
Prior experience as PTW Permit Authority or Area Authority.&lt;br /&gt;

1 – MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Lead the implementation and deployment of the Sunfish solution across the four main countries of the Group as well as two countries in Asia by ensuring:
Project follow-up from kick-off to go-live
Coordination of internal and external stakeholders
Validation of deliverables produced by the service provider
Setup of RUN and post-deployment support
Training of local teams
Ensure the quality, compliance, and operational performance of the payroll system.

Job Purpose:
Assist carrying out of all Lifting operations, Vessel, Deck and Helicopter operations safely in accordance
with procedures.
Acting as a member of the Offshore Emergency Response Team in the event of an incident to ensure

Your main duties will be to: -
Safely assist in operation of various lifting and deck activités within safe working load (SWL).

Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil &amp; gas processing or petrochemical plants.

Key Job Accountabilities
Conduct material Spot Purchases to meet department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with associated metrics, to achieve department and corporate strategic objectives.

Maintain a data base of Purchase Orders (PO), continuously track status until a successful material Goods Receipt (GR) and if needed expedite vendors, to ensure on time delivery to meet end user material availability demand requirements.
 Inspect and review purchase requisitions for completeness and liaise with end users to resolve any outstanding issues.
Compile data and provide reports to respective Managers and Heads across the corporation on the status of material deliveries, steps taken to mitigated / expedite late deliveries, and recommendations to correct future delivery problems to ensure end users objectives are achieved.
Contribute to Supply Department procedure reviews to enhance the buying process and ensure best in class service offering is provided to meet end user material availability requirements.
 Ensure compliance to the Purchasing processes and procedures, Request for Quote (RFQ) guidelines, and Table of Financial Authority (TOFA) requirements, and continuously analyse process timeliness effectiveness and recommend enhancement that mitigate process bottlenecks to raise the division service offering and customer satisfaction.
Compile data and provide reports on analysis that evaluates historical demands, spend, and purchasing trends to better develop spot buying strategies.
Coordinate, provide, and follow up on PO Status’ internally with expediting and externally with material vendors, packers, and freight forwarders to align and facilitate a sustained, on time material availability performance, to meet end user material demand requirements.
 Maintain a tracking of suppliers’ performance and align with Market Intelligence on commodity trends to determine and implement the best supplier negotiating strategies to optimize material cost and guarantying material quality.
 Assist and provide required information for peer reviews, internal and external audits, and other applicable process control reviews associated with Material Spot Buys to ensure the controls are maintained and identified gaps are corrected.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
 Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or commercial discipline.
10 years’ direct experience in the oil and gas industry with purchasing/procurement experience.
