GENERAL DESCRIPTION :

Responsible for all ELECTRICAL &amp; HVAC preparation subjects (systems, packages, or plant) under the frame of

Establish and maintain a strong safety culture in line with TEPDK and NorSPIE HSE Requirements and Rules.

Give his/her contribution in hazard analyses, incident investigations in root cause failure analyses, process incidents
advising his/her hierarchy about QHSE issue or opportunities and proposing corrective solutions.

MAIN FUNCTIONS :

• Contribute to ensure adherence to stipulated GMC scope of services and improved performance of all Technical 
KPIs, Preparations, Backlog Control Planning and Equipment availability/reliability.
• Take charge of Work Orders under his/her responsibility and ensure the accuracy of detailed technical elements 
during preparations.
• Ensure Work Orders are accurately resourced, all materials, tools, and services are identified and pre-planned in 
CMIMS for execution at site and work location.
• Review procedures/work instructions and ensure adaptability, review functional locations and related WO lists to 
ensure that all outstanding works in the concerned package/system are fully considered during the preparations.
• Ensure that Permit to Work are properly prepared in line with the defined procedures and ready ahead of 
execution datelines (typical 5 Weeks to the execution start date).
• Ensure compliance to the best preparation standard practices and in line with TEPDK defined principles and 
guidelines by ensuring minimal unapproved WOs under the scope of responsibility, platforms or packages,
especially those critical to Safety and production (defined WOs Priorities, SECE, Vital Equipment etc.).
• As a principle and in adherence to the set GMC KPI, the work preparer shall try to maintain at all times a threshold 
of ≤ 5% INIT of the total open work order count, under the frame of responsibilities. 
• On a daily basis, the PM04 preparations guideline shall help to define the priorities of the daily tasks. All activities 
requested by the Clients to be managed as a higher priority within the frame of contract shall be checked with the 
GMC Preparations - focal point for clarifications where required.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Experience in ELECTRICAL Systems in the Offshore Environment
Professional experience: 5 years in Oil &amp; Gas business especially in work preparations or related fields.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION :

Responsible for all Cranes subject under the frame of responsibilities.

MAIN FUNCTIONS :

• Contribute to ensure adherence to stipulated GMC scope of services and improved performance of all Technical 
KPIs, Preparations, Backlog Control Planning and Equipment availability/reliability Take charge of Cranes Work Orders under his/her responsibility and ensure the accuracy of detailed technical 
elements during preparations.
• Ensure Work Orders are accurately resourced, all materials, tools, and services are identified and pre-planned in 
CMIMS for execution at site and work location.
• Review procedures/work instructions and ensure adaptability, review functional locations and related WO lists 
to ensure that all outstanding works in the concerned package/system are fully considered during the 
preparations and planning.
• Ensure that Permit to Work are properly prepared in line with the defined procedures and ready ahead of 
execution datelines (typical 5 Weeks to the execution start date).
• Ensure compliance to the best preparations standard practices and in line with TEPDK defined principles and 
guidelines by ensuring minimal unapproved Crane WOs under the scope of responsibility, platforms or packages,
especially those critical to Safety and production (defined WOs Priorities, SECE, Vital Equipment etc.).
• As a principle and in adherence to the set GMC KPI, the work preparer shall try to maintain at all times a 
threshold of ≤ 5% INIT of the total open work order count, under the frame of responsibilities. 
• On a daily basis, the PM04 preparations guideline shall help to define the priorities of the daily tasks. All activities 
requested by the Clients to be managed as a higher priority within the frame of contract shall be checked with 
the GMC Mechanical Preparations – Team Lead for clarifications where required.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Experience in maintenance operations support.

Profil recherché :
Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure, Bac +5 minimum de type école de commerce ou équivalent.

Solides connaissances en contrôle financier (analyse des états financiers notamment postes du bilan). La connaissance du contrôle budgétaire et du contrôle de gestion (suivi de gestion, suivi d'affaires et d'analyse des coûts) est un plus.
Maîtrise des outils de reporting BI (notamment EPM), d’Excel (TCD notamment), la connaissance d’IFS (ERP comptabilité) est un atout.
Excellent niveau d’anglais.

Ajouter ces contrats dans la contrathèque MySourcing (iContract)

3. Participer à la décarbonisation et à la réduction des émissions de CO2 du Scope 3 de SPIE GSE pour les catégories indirectes
Avec le support de la Direction des Achats, identifier les fournisseurs prioritaires chez SPIE GSE à intégrer dans un programme de réductions des émissions de CO2 (Ecovadis, SBTI, Viaco…)
Mener une campagne d’évaluation annuelle de la performance RSE de nos fournisseurs indirects prioritaires
Prospecter les fournisseurs indirects prioritaires et les persuader d’intégrer un programme d’évaluation auprès d’un organisme certifié

4. Participer aux campagnes de réduction du panel pour les fournisseurs des catégories indirects
Pour les catégories indirectes, établir un plan de réduction du panel fournisseur en collaboration avec les fonctions opérationnelles de SPIE GSE
Identifier les bonnes pratiques du Groupe applicables à SPIE GSE et les déployer sur les catégories indirectes
Assurer le rôle de « gatekeeper » pour réguler la création de fournisseurs pour les catégories indirects

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Purpose
•       He is responsible for the reliability and integrity of turbo machines.
•       He ensures that maintenance operations under his responsibility are carried out in strict accordance with TEPDK’s current safety rules and operating procedures and in accordance with standard industry practice, thereby guaranteeing the quality of maintenance operations, within his field, carried out on site by NorSPIE.

Planning
•       Participate and review the preventive maintenance program/planning for his scope of work.
•       Organises and ensures the progress of the onsite maintenance equipment under his supervision liaising with SITE, planning Engineer and interface with onshore support team of requirements for spare parts and materials and opportunity jobs.
•       Assists the planning team by giving any technical support for the preparation of the jobs in his discipline.
•       Manages interventions using the CMMS.

Operations
•       Organises on site the maintenance operations which are related to turbo machines by coordinating supervisors.
•       Conduct periodic checks and routine maintenance work. Inspect turbines daily,
•       Participates in condition monitoring checks on gas turbines.
•       Executes all maintenance routines in time,
•       Monitors the operational performance of the gas turbines, running parameters and auxiliaries’ operations using the condition monitoring techniques.
•       Check tools and spares parts defined for turbogenerators and their auxiliaries
•       Carries out performance test as required
•       Performs ad-hoc repairs and all agreed breakdown repair in accordance with manufacturer recommendation and requirements.
•       Assists specialists working under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC),
•       Enters intervention reports in the CMIMS (including those concerning SMC) and writes the technical reports related to his field,
•       Takes in charge the turbo packages in case of breakdown until correct operation status.
•       Assists operation team in conducting the turbo machines.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
