SPIE Global Services Energy is looking for Cable Tray &amp; Route Supervisor to join its workforce on BONGA Offshore Project in Lagos Nigeria, who will be responsible for supervising all cable tray fabrication, installation, cable routing, and associated civil/structural interface works on the Bonga Madu EPC1 Project. The role ensures that all cable tray and routing activities are executed safely, in compliance with engineering drawings and project specifications, within schedule, and to the required quality standards.
 Supervision &amp; Execution
The Cable Tray &amp; Route Supervisor shall direct and oversee all field activities related to the installation of cable trays, cable ladders, conduits, cable duct banks, cable supports, and associated hardware in accordance with approved construction drawings, routing layouts, and project specifications.
He/she shall supervise the fabrication and erection of cable tray systems including straight sections, bends, tees, reducers, risers, and junction points across all structural bays, equipment areas, and pipe racks.
The supervisor shall ensure correct tray sizing, fill ratios, segregation requirements, and earthing/bonding arrangements are maintained throughout.

Cable Route Management
The supervisor shall manage the physical cable routing across the project site, ensuring that all cable routes are clearly defined, clash-free, and consistent with approved cable route drawings and the cable schedule.
He/she shall coordinate with the electrical and instrumentation supervisors to prioritize cable tray installation ahead of cable pulling activities in accordance with the project construction schedule.
The supervisor shall identify and escalate any routing conflicts, clashes with piping or structural elements, and design discrepancies to the relevant engineer for resolution.

Manpower &amp; Resource Management
The supervisor shall plan and manage daily allocation of cable tray fitters, riggers, helpers, and subcontract personnel.
He/she shall monitor crew productivity against planned targets, identify resource gaps or bottlenecks, and escalate to the Superintendent as required.
The supervisor shall also manage materials requisitioning, consumables tracking, and tool accountability for the cable tray and routing scope.
QHSE
Ensures HSE policy fulfillment during his activities
Maintains a strong safety culture in line with Company HSE Requirements and Rules
Ensures compliance with Operating Procedures &amp; Guidelines with the asset to ensure Process Safety, Operational Safety and Plan Integrity
Management System, including permit-to-work (PTW) procedures, SIMOPS, tool box talks, and job hazard analyses (JHA). He/she shall immediately address and report any unsafe acts or conditions in the work area&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE
Education: Minimum HND or B.Sc. in in Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Technology, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent vocational training with relevant field experience will be considered
Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of hands-on experience in electrical construction on oil and gas EPC projects, with at least 4–5 years in a supervisory role specifically covering cable tray installation and cable routing. Experience on offshore platforms, FPSOs, or Deepwater projects is a strong advantage.
Technical Competencies:
· In-depth knowledge of cable tray systems including ladder tray, perforated tray, solid bottom tray, cable duct banks, and conduit systems.
 · Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical layout drawings, cable tray routing drawings, section drawings, general arrangement (GA) drawings, and cable schedules Sound understanding of cable segregation principles (power, instrumentation, telecommunications, fire &amp; gas).
 · Knowledge of tray fill calculations, support span requirements, and structural load considerations.
 · Familiarity with hazardous area (Ex) zoning requirements and their implications on cable tray routing and installation.
· Knowledge of earthing and bonding requirements for cable tray systems in accordance with IEC and project standards.
· Familiarity with 3D model tools (PDMS, E3D, or Navisworks) for clash detection and routing reviews is an advantage
Certifications (Preferred):
· CompEx or equivalent hazardous area certification
· Working at Height certification

GENERAL DESCRIPTION :

MAIN FUNCTIONS :

• Take charge of Work Orders under his/her responsibility and ensure the accuracy of detailed technical elements 
during preparations.
• Ensure Work Orders are accurately resourced, all materials, tools, and services are identified and pre-planned in 
CMIMS for execution at site and work location.
• Review procedures/work instructions and ensure adaptability, review functional locations and related WO lists to 
ensure that all outstanding works in the concerned package/system are fully considered during the preparations.
• Ensure that Permit to Work are properly prepared in line with the defined procedures and ready ahead of 
execution datelines (typical 5 Weeks to the execution start date).
• Ensure compliance to the best preparation standard practices and in line with TEPDK defined principles and 
guidelines by ensuring minimal unapproved WOs under the scope of responsibility, platforms or packages,
especially those critical to Safety and production (defined WOs Priorities, SECE, Vital Equipment etc.).
• As a principle and in adherence to the set GMC KPI, the work preparer shall try to maintain at all times a threshold 
of ≤ 5% INIT of the total open work order count, under the frame of responsibilities. 
• On a daily basis, the PM04 preparations guideline shall help to define the priorities of the daily tasks. All activities 
requested by the Clients to be managed as a higher priority within the frame of contract shall be checked with the 
GMC Preparations - focal point for clarifications where required.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Experience in ELECTRICAL Systems in the Offshore Environment
Professional experience: 5 years in Oil &amp; Gas business especially in work preparations or related fields.

OPERATIONS
Working closely with TotalEnergies’ site maintenance superintendent,
He:        Advises TotalEnergies superintendent on 2 weeks, monthly and annual planning,
-        Distributes the daily activity to the supervisors as prepared by the planning team,
-        Coordinates the maintenance and inspections operations,
-        Accountable of the site contractual performances (including the KPI).
Methods
-        Ensures the appropriateness of the operating and maintenance procedures and tools employed by his crews and, if necessary, suggests improvements to TotalEnergies’ maintenance superintendent,

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Purpose

Planning
•       Participate and review the preventive maintenance program/planning for his scope of work.
•       Organises and ensures the progress of the onsite maintenance equipment under his supervision liaising with SITE, planning Engineer and interface with onshore support team of requirements for spare parts and materials and opportunity jobs.
•       Assists the planning team by giving any technical support for the preparation of the jobs in his discipline.
•       Manages interventions using the CMMS.

Operations
•       Organises on site the maintenance operations which are related to turbo machines by coordinating supervisors.
•       Conduct periodic checks and routine maintenance work. Inspect turbines daily,
•       Participates in condition monitoring checks on gas turbines.
•       Executes all maintenance routines in time,
•       Monitors the operational performance of the gas turbines, running parameters and auxiliaries’ operations using the condition monitoring techniques.
•       Check tools and spares parts defined for turbogenerators and their auxiliaries
•       Carries out performance test as required
•       Performs ad-hoc repairs and all agreed breakdown repair in accordance with manufacturer recommendation and requirements.
•       Assists specialists working under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC),
•       Enters intervention reports in the CMIMS (including those concerning SMC) and writes the technical reports related to his field,
•       Takes in charge the turbo packages in case of breakdown until correct operation status.

Le fraiseur a pour mission de réaliser des pièces mécaniques à l’unité ou en série sur une machine traditionnelle ou à commande numérique, en suivant un plan de façon précise et méticuleuse et en respectant les délais et les consignes données.
Interpréter correctement les plans établis et réaliser les pièces mécaniques attendues en utilisant les outils correspondant à leur construction et en préparant et réglant les paramètres des machines.
Vérifier et contrôler la qualité des pièces en veillant à ce qu’elles répondent parfaitement à la commande.
Veiller à ce que les machines soient en bon état et respectent les normes de sécurité et de qualité définies.
Effectuer la maintenance des machines.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Titulaire d'un Certificat de qualification professionnelle tourneur-fraiseur&lt;br /&gt;
