GENERAL DESCRIPTION :

Responsible for all ELECTRICAL &amp; HVAC preparation subjects (systems, packages, or plant) under the frame of
responsibilities.
Ensure conformance to TEPDK rules, best standards, and general legislations.
Ensure delivery of Work Preparations and support to maintenance activities of the site team
Establish and maintain a strong safety culture in line with TEPDK and NorSPIE HSE Requirements and Rules.
Ensuring that TEPDK and NorSPIE’s QHSE regulations and procedures are applied.
Give his/her contribution in hazard analyses, incident investigations in root cause failure analyses, process incidents
advising his/her hierarchy about QHSE issue or opportunities and proposing corrective solutions.

MAIN FUNCTIONS :

• Contribute to ensure adherence to stipulated GMC scope of services and improved performance of all Technical 
KPIs, Preparations, Backlog Control Planning and Equipment availability/reliability.
• Take charge of Work Orders under his/her responsibility and ensure the accuracy of detailed technical elements 
during preparations.
• Ensure Work Orders are accurately resourced, all materials, tools, and services are identified and pre-planned in 
CMIMS for execution at site and work location.
• Review procedures/work instructions and ensure adaptability, review functional locations and related WO lists to 
ensure that all outstanding works in the concerned package/system are fully considered during the preparations.
• Ensure that Permit to Work are properly prepared in line with the defined procedures and ready ahead of 
execution datelines (typical 5 Weeks to the execution start date).
• Ensure compliance to the best preparation standard practices and in line with TEPDK defined principles and 
guidelines by ensuring minimal unapproved WOs under the scope of responsibility, platforms or packages,
especially those critical to Safety and production (defined WOs Priorities, SECE, Vital Equipment etc.).
• As a principle and in adherence to the set GMC KPI, the work preparer shall try to maintain at all times a threshold 
of ≤ 5% INIT of the total open work order count, under the frame of responsibilities. 
• On a daily basis, the PM04 preparations guideline shall help to define the priorities of the daily tasks. All activities 
requested by the Clients to be managed as a higher priority within the frame of contract shall be checked with the 
GMC Preparations - focal point for clarifications where required.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Experience in ELECTRICAL Systems in the Offshore Environment
Professional experience: 5 years in Oil &amp; Gas business especially in work preparations or related fields.
Experience in maintenance operations support.

Un Contrôleur Financier – Business Unit Afrique subsaharienne (H/F)

Au sein de la direction financière de la BU Afrique subsaharienne, le contrôleur financier sera chargé de :
Assister le DAF de la BU dans le support et le contrôle financier des filiales sur les aspects comptables, financiers, fiscaux et juridiques.
Assurer le suivi et la résolution des sujets recensés, avec appui, quand cela est nécessaire, des experts de la DAF Groupe.
S’assurer du respect des procédures Groupe.
Suivre, en lien avec l’audit interne SGES, la mise en œuvre des plans d’actions suite à la réalisation des missions d’audit et contrôle interne.
Participer aux audits des commissaires aux comptes en support aux équipes locales et du Siège.
Participer à la clôture mensuelle des comptes de la BU et faire le lien avec la comptabilité de gestion en coordination avec le Contrôleur de Gestion BU.
Assister le DAF lors des réunions mensuelles d’activité avec les filiales et le Siège.
Participer à la montée en compétence des équipes Finance locales (réalisation de sessions de formation/d’information sur l’actualité Finance impactant la BU).

Profil recherché :
Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure, Bac +5 minimum de type école de commerce ou équivalent.
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en audit en cabinet (BIG 4), contrôle financier et/ou contrôle de gestion dans un environnement multi-sociétés.
Solides connaissances en contrôle financier (analyse des états financiers notamment postes du bilan). La connaissance du contrôle budgétaire et du contrôle de gestion (suivi de gestion, suivi d'affaires et d'analyse des coûts) est un plus.
Maîtrise des outils de reporting BI (notamment EPM), d’Excel (TCD notamment), la connaissance d’IFS (ERP comptabilité) est un atout.
Excellent niveau d’anglais.

Veiller à l’entretien du matériel
Maintenir le poste de travail propre et rangé
Informer le chef d'équipe/chef de chantier/Responsable atelier de tout outillage manquant ou défectueux
Effectuer une demande de moyens supplémentaires si requis auprès du chef de chantier / chef d’équipe / Responsable atelier
Effectuer le rangement final du chantier / zone de travail atelier et des outillages

Reporting to the Head of HSEQ, the Compliance Officer will play a key role in ensuring SPIE Wind connect Group have compliant working practices, the Compliance Officer be responsible for supporting the coordination of compliance initiatives and improvements for SPIE Wind connect Group, ensuring all employees adhere to policies and processes to ensure a continued high standard of project execution.
This role is a functional support role to all departments, working as a key member of the HSEQ team, though  driving compliance business wide, with operations, personnel, and all departments.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
To conduct internal ISO audits in coordination with the quality engineer. 
Management of the legal and compliance register, ensuring new legislation is added and communicated to the organisation and accessible on my compliance management.
Monitor compliance against all company doctrine, policies &amp; procedures and promote continuous improvement.
Cross functional / departmental audits with respective HOD’s and unit managers.
Promote and support a positive QHSE culture and support on necessary internal/external audits.
ensuring procedural documents align with corporate requirements and driving a culture of compliance.
Greater focus on continuous improvement.
Supporting the QHSE function to execute robust internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance portal is maintained and support and train employees on how to update and manage their submissions.
Identify and facilitate cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Review and develop procedures to ensure work practices are compliant with legislation, regulation, and best practices.
Reduced burden on other operational personnel/departments.
Produce and present compliance metrics for review meetings.
Supplier &amp; Subcontractor Auditing – Site visits for compliance audits with quality engineer.
New IMS management, roll out newly proposed system and police compliance and usage.
Enhance success of new initiatives/systems/processes.
Develop strong relations, yet not limited to with HSEQ, Legal, GDPR, HR, Procurement / supply chain, sustainability, and the executive board and committee. &lt;br /&gt;

Remonter et analyser les causes des incidents QHSSSE

· BAC+5 – diplôme d’ingénieur en mécanique ou équivalent
· Expérience minimum de 10 ans sur sites industriels
· Bonne connaissance des activités de maintenance mécanique industrielle
· Maîtrise des risques liés aux travaux mécaniques
· Connaissance des opérations de levage et manutention
· Maîtrise des risques liés aux travaux en hauteur
· Connaissance des risques liés aux espaces confinés

Expérience

Operations
