· Maintaining in house software (GEMS / EDMS / Prolog / SAGE), insuring they are working properly

&lt;b&gt;Position description : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
2. Main Responsibilities

2.1 HSE &amp; SIMOPS Oversight
• Ensure Contractor compliance with TotalEnergies HSE standards.
• Verify safe execution of pressure testing, nitrogen leak testing, and line blowing activities.
• Review risk assessments and JSAs prior to critical activities (hydrotest, pneumatic test,
chemical cleaning, nitrogen displacement).
• Ensure strict control of temporary test equipment and test packs.
• Challenge unsafe practices and stop works if necessary.
2.2 Contractor Supervision &amp; Assistance
• Supervise Contractor PVV Pre-Commissioning activities.
• Verify adequacy of manpower, certified technicians, calibrated gauges, and test
equipment.
• Assist Contractor in resolving technical interface issues when required.
2.3 Technical Oversight – PVV Scope
Witness, review and validate Contractor execution of:
• Line checking against P&amp;ID and Isometrics
• Hydrostatic testing of piping systems
• Pneumatic testing where applicable
• Flushing, blowing and cleaning activities (water flushing, air blowing, steam blowing as
applicable)
• Drying and preservation activities
• Valve inspection
• Verification of correct installation of spectacle blinds and spades
• Final reinstatement after testing
Ensure no pressure test or system release occurs without Company validation.
2.4 Documentation &amp; Quality Control
• Review and approve:
o Test packs
o Hydrotest dossiers
o Method statements
o Inspection &amp; Test Records (ITRs)
o Pressure charts and calibration certificates
• Monitor punch list identification and closure (A/B/C categories as per project).
• Ensure redline markups are properly reflected in P&amp;IDs and Isometrics.
• Review final PVV Pre-Commissioning dossier before handover.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years Oil &amp; Gas experience
• Minimum 3 years in Piping / Mechanical Pre-Commissioning roles
• Previous experience in SIMOPS environments
• Strong knowledge of pressure testing standards (ASME, project specifications)
• Familiarity with TotalEnergies General Specifications preferred&lt;br /&gt;

Arabic : E-Native or bilingual proficiency&lt;br /&gt;
