Job Purpose:

Authority.
Contribute to Identifying Improvements to planned maintenance routines.

Job Purpose:

Job Purpose

The Senior Mechanical Foreman (Port) will oversee mechanical maintenance operations, ensure safe work practices, supervise teams, and contribute to the reliability and efficiency of multiple mechanical systems within the industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Operational &amp; Technical Duties
Oversee the operation and maintenance of all mechanical systems, including planning, scheduling, inspection, and supervision of daily activities.
Perform hands-on maintenance of mechanical equipment and control systems.
Troubleshoot faults, diagnose malfunctions, and carry out repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
Conduct maintenance and repair work on UPVC, copper, DI, HDPE, GRE, and CS piping systems.
Perform overhaul and repair of pumps, compressors, diesel engines, blowers, packaged units, split ACs, window AC units, chillers, cooling towers, and related equipment.
Adjust machinery settings to optimize performance and ensure maximum efficiency.
Support commissioning activities for new equipment and projects.
Maintenance Management
Utilise computerised maintenance systems, including SAP, for notifications, Work Orders, and service entry sheets.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
Monitor spare parts availability, coordinate replenishment, and support inventory control.
Prepare daily reports documenting maintenance activities, completed tasks, issues, and recommendations.
Interpret SPIRS, technical drawings, P&amp;IDs, piping isometrics, and material specifications.
Safety &amp; Compliance
Enforce a safe work culture and ensure strict adherence to HSE protocols.
Demonstrate proficiency in Oil &amp; gas work permit systems.

Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance and overhaul of pumps, compressors, diesel engines, utility pipelines, and related systems, preferably in Oil &amp; Gas or industrial facilities.

At least 3 years of experience as a foreman or mechanical in charge.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, fittings, fasteners, and industrial standards.

Experience with SAP maintenance modules and inventory control systems.
Ability to interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
Experience in equipment commissioning and project support.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to document procedures, maintain service records, and prepare daily activity reports.

Main activities: 
Identify the safety engineering activities applicable to individual brown field projects to ensure compliance with Level 1 and Level 2 Safety Reviews.
Conduct hazard identification studies using scenario-based risk analysis methods (HAZOP, HAZID, etc.)
Carry out risk assessments based on semi-quantitative analyses (i.e. through use of risk matrices) and coordinate detailed quantified risk analyses (QRAs).

Ensure close coordination with other disciplines (in particular process and process control/instrumentation) to avoid discrepancies and documentation recycling.
Coordinate, review, and approve safety engineering activities carried out by third parties or subcontractors on behalf of Company.
Ensure that engineering documentation, requisitions for procurement and suppliers bids evaluation be fully compliant with Design Dossier major documentation (safety concept, PIDs, ESD logic, diagrams…etc) and with Company General Specifications.
Attend as necessary project and technical follow up meeting with suppliers for main packages/equipment for checking of relevant sizing / calculations notes of safety equipment / facilities.
Ensure full and efficient coordination with Field Operations during engineering design, construction and commissioning with target of efficient start up / hand over to Operation&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Profile :
The holder of this post must have the following qualifications:
Professional experience of 14 years minimum in Petroleum industry. Previous process safety engineering experience of 10 years minimum
A high level knowledge of CMIMS (SAP).
A good knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations.

Job Purpose:
To safely operate and maintain various crane types within safe working load (SWL) and limits.
Carry out all Crane lifting, Vessel, Deck and Helicopter operations safely in accordance with
procedures.
Acting as a member of the Offshore Emergency Response Team in the event of an incident to ensure
minimal harm to personnel, environment and asset
Contributing to the development and review of risk assessments to ensure that hazards have been
identified, adequate mitigations are in place and risk has been reduced.
Your main duties will be to: -


Act as a Permit Performing Authority to ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the
Permit to Work process and company requirements.
- Safely operate and maintain various crane types within safe working load (SWL) and limits.
- Conduct daily routine and safety checks on cranes and operational equipment, maintain records on the
same.
- Work at height within operational limits of the crane.
- Complete preventive maintenance work.
- Optimise the safe offloading and loading of cargo to and from supply vessels.
- Overseeing the safe Transfer of personnel to and from shuttle vessels.
- Provide visible leadership to personnel to ensure safety targets are met.
- Promote NOC core values by being a safety role model, showing trust, respect and commitment,
fostering collaboration across the organization.
- Promote cost consciousness in order to embed a strong cost culture.
- Drive an incident free environment by establishing and maintaining a strong incident free culture.
- Actively participates in and promotes company health and safety campaigns, policies and procedures,
that ensures personal safety and that of colleagues at all times.
- Ensure compliance with Operating Procedures and Guidelines to ensure Process Safety, Operational
Safety and Plant Integrity.

Ideally, you will have graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).
- Driver certificate (A certificate) issued by a recognized educational institute.
- Experience with seatrax pedestal cranes, Liebherr and hydro lift or similar.
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil &amp; gas processing or petrochemical plants.
You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication
You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.&lt;br /&gt;

 HWTC comprises of Liquid Hazardous Waste Treatment Facility (LHWTF), Stabilization &amp; Solidification Facility (SSF), Oily Waste Treatment Facility (OWTF), Class-I landfill facility, Class-II landfill facility, Land farming facility, Interim Storage facilities, Process Water Storage Ponds, Evaporation Ponds and other ancillaries. MIC is in advance stage of commissioning of various facilities at HWTC: a mixing facility and an Anaerobic Thermal Desorption Unit (ATDU).

Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Science / Environmental Chemistry or BSc in Organic / Inorganic Chemistry.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of working experience in Oil &amp; Gas / Petrochemical / Chemical Industry. Out of that minimum 5 years of experience in Waste Identification / Waste Characterization / Waste Classification / Operation &amp; Maintenance of Hazardous Waste Treatment Centre.
Incumbent shall be able to read and interpret the Material Safety Data Sheet and associate hazards / risk of the hazardous waste.
Fluent in Spoken and Written English.
Good data interpretation and compilation skills.
Ability to perform field inspection / sampling.
Troubleshoot the operational faults and problem solving.
Ability to work in team and to be flexible in work assignment.
Good supervisory skill, inter-personnel skill, and investigation skills
Computer literacy and fluency in micro soft office applications is essential.
Incumbent shall be capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings, P&amp;IDs and process flow diagrams.
