Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate R&S campaign and shutdown activities offshore. Ensure compliance with company HSE standards and an incident-free culture. Support the Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) in developing execution plans and setting work priorities. Coordinate preparation of work packs, inspections, repairs, isolations, and spading activities. Monitor campaign readiness and maintain action trackers with onshore teams. Manage contractor resources to ensure safe and timely execution of work. Review work progress, provide daily reports, and participate in coordination meetings. Ensure materials, equipment, consumables, and spare parts are available before execution. Coordinate service orders and contractor mobilization with onshore teams. Compile campaign data, prepare closeout reports, and capture lessons learned. Support risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance downtime.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Experience in Oil & Gas operations, shutdowns, campaigns, or maintenance activities. Good knowledge of Mechanical & Piping Construction. Familiarity with Shutdown/Campaign Management processes. Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. Good working knowledge of SAP CMMS. Strong planning, organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Preferred Experience Offshore Oil & Gas experience. Experience coordinating contractors and multidisciplinary maintenance teams. Background in pressure vessel inspections, maintenance, and shutdown execution.
