La finalité du poste est d’assurer la protection juridique de SPIE Global Services Energy lors de toutes les négociations de contrats que toutes nos filiales peuvent signer. Être un conseil, un expert au service des équipes opérationnelles et fonctionnelles pour définir ensemble la stratégie juridique pour préserver les intérêts de SPIE Global Services Energy. Accompagner les équipes dans le cadre de l’analyse, la négociation, l’exécution et la clôture des contrats en proposant des solutions pragmatiques et efficaces et ce, en garantissant le respect de nos procédures et des contextes réglementaires et législatifs applicables, en France et à l’international.
Sur la partie compliance, être le relai en local auprès des équipes du déploiement du programme Compliance et spécifiquement, de lutte contre la corruption dans tous ses aspects.

- Revoir, rédiger, qualifier une grande variété de contrats (MOU, accords de confidentialité, contrats de partenariats, contrats de services, contrats d'opération maintenance, projets clé en main) et participer à leurs négociations ;
-  Participer au suivi de l’exécution de certains contrats notamment via certains actes de contract management ;
-  Revoir et négocier les garanties maison-mère ;
-  Préparer la documentation juridique de réponses à des appels d’offres ;
-  Participer au processus de revue des risques en identifiant les risques juridiques et légaux et contractuels et fournir un support afin d’éviter ou de limiter ces risques, proposer des solutions innovantes aptes à réduire les risques ;
-  Apporter expertise et conseil en droit des affaires, tant en France qu’à l’international, aux clients internes basés en France et dans toutes nos filiales internationales ;
- Proposer aux clients internes des schémas correspondant à leurs besoins ;
-  Suivre les contentieux et précontentieux nationaux/internationaux avec les avocats externes ;
-  Participer à la mise à jour et l’élaboration de modèles de clauses ou de contrats ;
-  Préparer des modules de formation interne sur des points de droits des affaires ;
- Suivre les évolutions législatives et réglementaires applicables aux opérations ;
Se faire le relai en local de la mise en œuvre de la gouvernance d’entreprise, des règles du code de conduite et de toutes les procédures éthiques applicables (rappel des règles, formation..).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Pack Office (Excel et PowerPoint avancé). De formation juridique supérieure (Bac +5) en Droit des Affaires. 7 ans et + d’expérience en entreprise ou en cabinet d’avocats. Le CRFPA est un plus. Des connaissances en Compliance sont un plus. Appétences pour le LegalOps est un plus. Anglais courant. L’espagnol est un plus.

Votre futur environnement

o       Réaliser/s’assurer/valider le contrôle dimensionnel et géométrique / des jeux fonctionnels
o       Identifier/s’assurer/valider les pièces à réparer ou à remplacer
o       Renseigner le compte rendu d’évaluation et proposer au pilote de l’affaire réparations à effectuer.

Remettre en état et remonter le matériel 
o       Réaliser/s’assurer/valider le contrôle dimensionnel et géométrique des pièces neuves ou réparées
o       Réaliser/s’assurer/valider le contrôle des jeux fonctionnels en cours de remontage
o       Réaliser/s’assurer/valider les opérations d’ajustage / montage / les opérations simples de tuyauterie et chaudronnerie / les travaux par point chaud (soudure, montage par dilatation thermique…)

Opérations de réglage (sur chantier)
o       Réaliser/s’assurer/valider les opérations de réglage (lignage des internes d’une turbine, alignement machines, pesage de corps,…)

Traçabilité des opérations
o       Remplir/s’assurer/valider les feuilles de contrôle associés aux opérations de maintenance effectuées
o       Participer/rédiger/valider les divers rapports et procès-verbaux (partie constat au minimum) et le faire signer au client
o       Proposer des solutions au pilote d’affaire
o       Renseigner et valider le Plan Qualité Affaire et/ou gamme

Piloter l’activité
o       Valider et signer le PDP
o       Signer le PV d'ouverture de chantier et envoyer au pilote* d'affaire
o       Veiller à l'exécution des travaux attribués par pilote* d’affaire conformément au planning 
o       Informer quotidiennement le pilote* d’affaire de l'avancement du chantier et émettre des rapports journaliers....
Assister lors de la mise en service (sur chantier)

Perform / ensure / validate fitting and assembly operations / basic piping and boilermaking activities / hot work activities (welding, thermal expansion fitting, etc.)

Adjustment operations (on site) :
Perform / ensure / validate adjustment operations (turbine internal alignment, machine alignment, casing weighing, etc.)

Operations traceability :
Complete / ensure / validate inspection sheets related to maintenance activities performed
Participate in / draft / validate various reports and handover certificates (at minimum the observation section) and have them signed by the Client
Propose solutions to the Project Manager / Site Lead
Complete and validate the Project Quality Plan and/or work procedures
Supervise activities
Validate and sign the Job Safety Analysis / Prevention Plan (PDP)
Sign the site opening report and send it to the Project Manager
Ensure execution of assigned works in compliance with the schedule defined by the Project Manager
Provide daily updates to the Project Manager regarding site progress and issue daily reports

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: 
• The Electrical Referent is the technical and compliance authority for all electrical activities 
within the scope of the contract.
• He/she is responsible for ensuring that all electrical works are executed in full compliance with:
• Client electrical procedures and requirements
• NorSPIE electrical safety rules and standards
• Applicable contractual, regulatory, and statutory obligations
• The Electrical Referent shall ensure that electrical safety, control of work, and isolation rules 
are applied rigorously and without deviation.
HSEQ:
• Establishes and maintains a strong safety culture in line with Company HSE Requirements and 
Rules.
• Ensures that TEPDK and NorSPIE HSEQ Policies and regulations are respected (especially 
procedures related to Work Permits), as well as approved operating procedures and standard 
industry practice during performance of maintenance operations placed under his/her
responsibility.
• Ensures compliance with Operating Procedures &amp; Guidelines with the asset to ensure Process 
Safety, Operational Safety and Plan Integrity.
• The Electrical Referent is responsible for ensuring that electrical training and authorization 
systems are:
• Audit-ready at all times
• Compliant with client and company requirements
• Robust enough to withstand regulatory inspections and incident investigations
• He/she shall actively prevent any non-compliant practice that could expose NorSPIE to:
• Legal liability
• Contractual penalties
• Electrical safety incidents
Participates in the continuous improvement of NorSPIE Integrated Management System:
• Leads or participates in Root Cause Analyses (RCA) following HSE incidents or Quality 
non-conformities and ensures effective implementation and follow-up of all corrective and 
preventive actions.
• Maintains and updates all documents within his/her area of responsibility.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
• The Electrical Referent shall ensure that electrical competence is:
• Verified prior to authorization.
• Maintained throughout the assignment.
• Fully documented and traceable.
• Where personnel are authorized with restricted electrical scopes (e.g. isolation only, no 
electrical work), such limitations shall be:
• Explicitly defined
• Formally recorded
• Clearly communicated
• The Electrical Referent shall ensure alignment between:
• Contractual Training matrix
• Authorization systems
• Actual tasks performed in the field&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

 The Asset Technical Lead is responsible for the management and co-ordination of onshore preparation

 • Short and medium-term improvement methods.

 • Participate to the definition of long-term maintenance planning (it includes time schedule and 
 resources definition) of his/her asset.

 material, human) of his asset.
 • Ensure daily and weekly meetings with respective teams.
 • Ensure that GMC backlog of his/her asset is under control and well managed.
 • Coordinate with other operating entities (TEPDK / FMC / Vendors)

HSE
Establishes and maintains a strong safety culture in line with TEPDK and NorSPIE HSE Requirements and Rules.
Contributes to ensuring that TEPDK and NorSPIE’s QHSE regulations are considered during planning as well as approved 
operating procedures and standard industry practices.
Gives his/her contribution in hazard analyses, incident investigations in root cause failure analyses, process incidents 
advising his/her hierarchy about QHSE issue or opportunities and proposing corrective solutions.
Take particular attention to the planning linked to the SECE equipment.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible to plan and schedule (2 weeks, 5 weeks and 4 months look ahead) all activities under GMC activities
in SAP tacking into account readiness (material, resources, support required from other stakeholders)
• Ensure conformance to Client’s Company rules, best standards, and general legislations.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
• Contribute to ensure adherence to stipulated GMC scope of services and improved performance of all Technical 
KPIs’, Preparations, Backlog Control Planning and Equipment availability/reliability.
• Respect all processes and procedure (GMC and TEPDK) in place. 
• Ensuring planned jobs are accurately resourced, all materials, tools, and services are identified and pre-planned in 
CMIMS/SAP for execution at site and work location.
• Ensuring allocation of resources for the execution of planned jobs
• Coordinate meetings with offshore stakeholders for review of draft plan, follow up on site feedbacks and make 
necessary adjustment before plan is frozen for offshore execution.
• Follow up with offshore to ensure clean-up on SAP, of all planned and completed jobs.
• Ensure 2 weeks is following the principal schedule, taking into account Vital equipment list, Smart Room request, 
Team Lead and offshore request.
Scheduling principles (Campaign and SD’s excluded)
• Interacts with other functional planners (maintenance, FMC, Well Services, Projects, etc.) and IOP planner to
optimize interrelated activities.
• Executes regular reviews of backlog of planned work to reduce as much as possible (especially the SECE).
• Facilitate follow-up of non-executed jobs to ensure additional preparation of the WOs is done.
• Coordinate shutdown and campaign: creation and follow-up of readiness tracker (list of WOs, opportunities jobs, 
materials follow-up, and reporting), ensure to give status during regular meeting with all different stakeholders.
Creation of the execution plan (MS Project) and create progress report. 
• Communication with onshore material coordinators (GMC &amp; TEPDK) regarding shipping of materials and create 
break-ins as required.
