Job description
Thanks to its internationally recognized expertise in the field of oil and gas production unit operations, maintenance and also Renewable Energy market, SPIE Global Services Energy was selected to provide this activity on Dalia CFM ( Close Flare) in Angola.
In order to participate to our growth of Sub-Saharan Africa Business Unit, we are looking for a Method/Planning Engineer M/F .
This position is located Offshore with a rotational mode of 4x4.
Context and missions :
- Position onshore/offshore ,
- Temporary Missions to the FPSO
- He is responsible for the accurate preparation and planning in CMIMS of all Construction, Preventive Maintenance and inspection activities.
- Provides direct input into COMPANY longer term planning for Construction/Maintenance activities.
- Reports Directly to COMPANY Lead
Main activities:
- Provide the technical support necessary for the performance of
business activities and operations and/or maintenance
contracts.
QUALITY ASSURANCE :
- Verifies the quality the FPSO planning by frequent checks of supervisor reports in CMIMS,
Ensures all work loadings per discipline are balanced and achievable and highlights immediately to COMPANY any workload - Ensures that all CMIMS reports and Maintenance and Inspection performance reports are accurate
Profile
Profil :
The holder of this post must have the following qualifications:
- Chartered Engineer (A-levels + 5 years’ study) or Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in the Planning of maintenance activities on oil and gas production installations
- A good knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations.
- A high level knowledge of CMIMS (UNISUP) or Similar SAP packages.
Specific professional knowledge:
Pride in his work, ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and others,
Physical ability to work temporarily on offshore installations and in the climatic conditions of the site,
Languages: English necessary - score of >> 3.5 in standard Total test or Bright test or 780 in TOEIC, French an advantage
Perfectly competent and independent in his field, he must show common sense and organizational ability.
