MISSION
SPIE Global Services Energy, for its Danish subsidiary, is looking for its new contract manager to handle one of its major Global Maintenance Contract. He/she will act as both contract and project manager.
SPIE Global Services Energy is currently delivering maintenance services for a major energy company in Danemark, 7 platforms, more than 400 employees.
He/she ensures that contractual commitments are reached and is responsible for HSE performance, customer satisfaction, and expected financial results.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
• Promote and apply QHSSE rules and procedures
- SPIE QHSSE rules.
- Customer QHSSE rules.
• Manage contractual aspects of the contract
- Ensure that deliverables are in line with the terms of the contract.
- Identify, negotiate and prepare contract change order/amendments/extensions.
- Support de internal KPI supposed to manage the GMC efficiencies on top of contractual KPI.
- nalytics mindset and problem solvings based on indicators, not feelings.
• Manage technical aspects of the contract
- KPIs and reporting.
- Manage preparation team and Campaign team.
- Be the focal point of all CSRs on site.
- Procurement and call-off service orders.
- Material and tools.
- Manage vendors contracting and mobilization.
- Support vendor activities to be internalized.
• Manage the human resources aspects of the contract (around 500 pax)
- Recruitment (both local and international).
- Focus on KEY position.
- Time sheet management And KPI Analytics.
- Rotation schedule optimization.
• Be liable for the financial aspects of his project
- Profitability.
- Cost control management.
- Budget preparation.
- Cashflow.
• Reporting
- Ensure proper reporting at all level (internal and external), QHSE, Financial, Technical.
SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES
• Prepare and estimate the variation orders / amendments.
• Ensure proper communication with SPIEs Partner.
• Manage subcontracting.
• Solve the problems.
