Votre mission

PURPOSE

Under the authority of Contract Manager/Deputy Contract Manager and the SAS Technical Manager, he organises and plans maintenance operations on site, whether these are carried out by his own teams or by subcontractors.

He is the technical and HSE management representative of NorSpie on site.

He is responsible for the on-site management of NorSpie’s maintenance teams (administrative, operational, coordination, professional).

HSE:

Ensures HSE policy fulfilment during his activities.

Establishes and maintains a strong safety culture in line with Company HSE Requirements and Rules.

Ensures compliance with HSE (occupational and process) Legislation, Company Standards

Procedures under his area of responsibility to ensure employees safety, legislative compliance, and responsible environment attitude.

Ensure mandatory aspects (including those concerning local law scenario) are properly implemented for all activities carried out (including the collective tool certification).

Ensures compliance with Operating Procedures & Guidelines with the asset to ensure Process Safety. Operational Safety and Plan Integrity.

Contribution in Hazard Analyses, incident investigations, Root Cause Failure Analyses, process incidents advising his hierarchy about HSE issues and proposing corrective solutions.

Ensures record keeping and reporting of action items from Process Hazard Analyses, Incident Investigations, Root Cause.

OPERATIONS

Working closely with TotalEnergies’ site maintenance superintendent,

He:        Advises TotalEnergies superintendent on 2 weeks, monthly and annual planning,

-        Distributes the daily activity to the supervisors as prepared by the planning team,

-        Coordinates the maintenance and inspections operations,

-        Accountable of the site contractual performances (including the KPI).

Methods

-        Ensures the appropriateness of the operating and maintenance procedures and tools employed by his crews and, if necessary, suggests improvements to TotalEnergies’ maintenance superintendent,

-        Ensures co-ordination between maintenance operations and Preparation teams,

-        Keeps an up-to-date list of work that cannot be performed except during inspections of machines or shutdowns,

-        Suggests corrective measures to TotalEnergies if this backlog threatens to become unmanageable,

Team Leading

Responsible for his teams on site:

-         Ensures the correct behaviour of his teams in accordance with the general safety regulations of the subsidiary and, if need be, takes the necessary corrective measures,

-        With the assistance of NorSpie base support, he organises the rotation schedules of his teams (administrative and logistical requirements, crew changes, etc.)

-        Identifies the training needs of his teams and makes training requests as appropriate.

-        Manages the Nationalisation plan and proposes all necessary adjustments.

Votre profil

Experience in offshore activities.

Proven ability to lead and motivate large multi-national dedicated team.

Pride in his work, ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and others.

Physical ability to work on offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site.

Perfectly competent and independent in his field, show common sense, organization ability and responsibility.

Rigorous and methodical in his approach to operation in particular handling operation

Must be able to anticipate and analyze situation.

Natural authority, founded on his abilities and on the trust, he has in his team.

Play a predominant role in the transfer of skills to personnel undergoing training by mentoring on site.
