SPIE Global Services Energy is looking for CONTRACT SITE REPRESENTATIVE to join its workforce on ERHA Project in Lagos Nigeria.
- Ensure proper execution of the maintenance contract onboard the FPSO.
- Coordinate daily activities with the Client and Contractor teams.
- Monitor planning, work execution, and contract performance (KPI, quality, delays).
- Manage deviations, technical queries, and additional work requests.
- Supervise Contractor maintenance personnel and ensure resource availability.
- Organize work priorities in line with operational needs and maintenance schedule.
- Promote and enforce all HSE standards and procedures.
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and site inspections.
- Support incident reporting and follow‑up of corrective actions.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on activities, manpower, progress, and issues.
- Ensure maintenance data and work orders are properly recorded in the CMMS (SAP).
- Monitor spare parts, consumables, and logistics.
