Under the responsibility of the Director of Operations (DO) and in collaboration with the project managers, the VIE will have the following main missions:
- Development of monthly project reporting
- Prepare the monthly statement of project accounts (invoicing and cost control) in collaboration with the Finance Department in Angola;
- Establish the following indicators: order book; operating margins; forecast analyses; customer credit...
- Prepare analysis and summary reports for the DO and Project Managers at the end of each month (analysis of figures and discrepancies; proposals for improving operational performance);
- Assist the DO during monthly management meetings
- Assist the DO in the preparation of budgets and budget revisions.
- Participate in the implementation of the new ERP for the project part in connection with the Operations and Financial Departments in Angola and the headquarters.
- Participate in the configuration of the ERP for new projects.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Department during the costing of calls for tenders.
- Young graduate or first (s) experience (s) type Business School, Master specialized in Management Control and accounting. An ESC-DCG double degree would be highly appreciated.
- Good knowledge of management monitoring, business monitoring and cost analysis (you will quickly need to get involved in everything related to analytical accounting and monitoring of financial indicators.)
- Languages: French, Portuguese and English compulsory;
- IT: Pack Office and in particular Excel (formulas; TCD; Macros); ERP (Sage or other); BI (Essbase; EPM or other);
- Communication and strong interpersonal skills to interact with local operational teams and headquarters;
- Rigorous; dynamic and pro-active;
