Job description
1. Lead and coordinate all HSEQ assurance activities across COMPANY operations and projects.
2. Conduct HSEQ audits, inspections, assessments, and compliance reviews.
3. Review the effectiveness of HSEQ management system implementation.
4. Identify critical risks, compliance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
5. Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and verification of corrective actions.
6. Prepare assurance reports and present findings to COMPANY management.
7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to HSEQ Engineers and Junior HSEQ Engineers.
8. Ensure all assurance activities are performed in accordance with COMPANY standards and regulatory requirements.
Profile
1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in HSEQ, operational assurance, risk management, audit, inspection, or compliance activities in the Oil & Gas industry.
3. Strong knowledge of HSEQ management systems, regulatory compliance, and international standards such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001.
4. Experience leading audits, assessments, incident investigations, and improvement initiatives.
5. Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Fluent in written and spoken English.
7. Having valid KTP ( Indonesia ID )
