Votre mission

MISSIONS :

 

1. Strategy & Deliverables Development

Develop and implement a Project Spares Strategy covering systems and packages, including lists of capital spares and cocooning requirements.
Review technical documentation such as CMMS, P&ID, PFD, and Spare Parts Lists to provide recommendations.
Define spare parts preservation procedures and associated audit protocols.
Produce spare parts deliverables according to the project contract and scope of work.
 

2. Technical Coordination & Inventory Optimization

Oversee the accurate identification and specification of parts, providing expert guidance and assessing alternative parts.
Lead inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels, implement forecasting, and reduce obsolete stock.
Create data input for Material Master data, conduct quality checks, and record parts breakdown into Bill of Material (BOM) templates.
Conduct spares gap analysis on the completed CMMS.
 

3. Supplier Management & Leadership

Lead the evaluation, selection, negotiation, and performance management of spare parts suppliers.
Organize and facilitate spares workshops with suppliers and clients to secure technical approvals.
Mentor and develop a team of Spare Parts Engineers and Technicians, assigning tasks and providing technical guidance.
Provide the Project Supply Chain with lists of high-cost and long-lead spares required for purchase orders.
 

4. Continuous Improvement & Quality

Vigilantly highlight technical engineering deviations, non-conformances, or unacceptable risks to superiors.
Participate in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and safety-related studies to ensure mitigation through spare parts.
 

CONTRACT TERMS & MOBILITY :

 

Local employment contract within an international group entity or freelance contract, depending on profile

Full remote during the preparation phase with missions in Cergy (France) and abroad at contract start for spot missions overseas

Establishment of a complete and validated Project Spares Strategy that covers all systems and packages by mid-2026

Timely provision of required spare parts lists must be structured and uploaded into the CMIMS by end of 2026 for operational use and lifecycle follow-up.

Creation and quality control of Material Master Requisition Form (MMRF) data and Bill of Materials (BOM) by early 2027.

Votre profil

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Process Engineering, or a related field

English B2 level mandatory

Turkish nationality or speaking people is a strong plus

Minimum of 7 years in spare parts management/services.

Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and technical aspects of spares.

Proficiency in CMIMS systems for parts management and data analysis.

Proven experience in managing and tracking inventory to ensure availability.

Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multidisciplinary environment.

Good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Able to work under pressure and manage priorities.

Strong initiative and anticipation capabilities.
