Job description

Planning Phase (Jakarta Office)
·       Review Client-issued Isolation and De-Isolation Plans (IDP).

·       Support development of detailed TAR execution plans.

·       Coordinate manpower requirements, heavy equipment, tools, and consumables.

·       Support subcontractor mobilization planning.

·       Coordinate procurement of materials including gaskets, bolts, nuts, hand tools, and operational consumables.

·       Participate in schedule development and resource optimization.

 

Site Preparation Phase
·       Verify field conditions against approved plans.

·       Identify discrepancies between engineering plans and actual site conditions.

·       Support revision of plans where required.

·       Coordinate preparation activities including scaffolding, lifting equipment, temporary facilities, access arrangements, lighting systems, and N2 spread deployment.

·       Ensure readiness for TAR execution.

 

TAR Execution Phase
·       Support day-to-day operation support activities during shutdown execution.

·       Coordinate with Client’s Operations personnel and supervisors.

·       Monitor subcontractor performance and work progress.

·       Assist in execution of valve isolation, positive isolation installation/removal, nitrogen purging, steaming, and system reinstatement activities.

·       Support shift operations as the back-to-back counterpart of the Operation Support Lead.

·       Ensure work activities are executed safely and in accordance with approved procedures.

 

Close-Out Phase
·       Support de-isolation activities.

·       Coordinate return of temporary equipment and tools.

·       Support site clean-up and demobilization activities.

·       Assist preparation of final reports and lessons learned.

Profile

·       Experience in refinery, petrochemical, LNG, gas processing, or offshore shutdown/turnaround projects.

·       Familiarity with isolation management and operational support activities.

·       Experience managing a team of over 50 personnel.

·       Experience managing subcontractors and site resources.

·       Strong coordination and communication skills.

·       More than 10 years of management experience in the oil and gas field.

 

The Operation Support Deputy Lead will support the TAR Operation Support Lead in planning, preparation, execution, and close-out activities for Shutdown event. The role is responsible for coordinating manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and operational support activities in accordance with the Client’s Isolation and De-Isolation Plans (IDP).

During the TAR execution phase, the Deputy Lead acts as the Operation Support Lead's back-to-back partner and supports shift operations to ensure safe and efficient execution of TAR activities.
