SPIE Global Services Angola is currently looking for a Capacity Supervisor to join its offshore work force.

Context and missions:
- Work Time: 12 hours per day
- Work scheme: 3W x 3W
- Position offshore
Main activities:
- Respect and apply QHSSE rules and procedures
- Performs on-site maintenance operations which are placed under his responsibility.
- Works with direction from Engineers or Vendors.
- Respects all COMPANY’s HSE regulations (especially procedures related to work permit), as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice during the performance of maintenance operations placed under his responsibility.
- Provide manpower support to mechanical, electrical, and operations personnel during maintenance, inspection, and shutdown activities.
- Assign daily tasks and supervise capacity workers in carrying out cleaning, washing, and housekeeping duties on vessels, tanks, decks, and work areas.
- Supervise proper segregation, handling, and disposal of waste materials during cleaning or maintenance support tasks.
- Ensure proper use, cleaning, and storage of cleaning tools, hoses, vacuum equipment, scaffolds, and other materials used by the team.
- Ensure all worksites are clean and tidy on completion of works.
- Ensures all problems are immediately highlighted to Contractor Site Representative.
- Participates fully in pre-work assessment and risk assessments and abides by the recommendations.
- Ensure all near misses and accidents are reported.
The holder of this post must have the following qualifications:
- Secondary School Certificate or Technical Diploma.
- Minimum of 3–5 years offshore or industrial experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead-hand position.
- A basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations
