Job description
Basic Functions:
The primary function of the Handover / ICAPS© / Punch Coordinator is to ensure the proper handover of the units to the Proponent following the OPERCOM® methodology. This role involves managing the transition from Ready for Commissioning (RFC) to the achievement of commissioning (AOC) and the final handover (TOMC) to the Proponent.
Main Accountabilities:
The Handover / ICAPS© / Punch Coordinator is responsible for preparing and managing the handover plan and schedule, coordinating with various teams to collect necessary documents, and ensuring compliance with agreed procedures. The role also involves maintaining the ICAPS© database, providing technical support, and ensuring the consistency of all TOMC and ICAPS© documents. Additionally, the coordinator must liaise with different stakeholders to solve any issues related to the handover process.
Package 4 ICAPS Coordinator:
1) Experience in OPERCOM ™ and ICAPS© application
2) At least 10 years of experience in Oil&Gas industry,
3) Detailed knowledge of OPERCOM Methodology, and ICAPS software. Understanding of the turnover sequence and project completion philosophy.
4) Knowledge of MS Excel, VBA, and Power BI, report formats preparation and customization.
5) ICAPS completion database integrity and consistency control.
Profile
Qualifications:
The position requires a high level of knowledge in all types of activities within a The ideal candidate for this position should be a graduate with strong management skills and over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in petrochemicals. They should have high competencies in OPERCOM® and ICAPS©, excellent IT skills, and a methodical and organized approach. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
