Job description
We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Global Services Energy Doha, Qatar for a:
Senior Data Analyst
• Contributing and assist the team lead to develop and maintain an incident free environment through maintaining a strong safety culture.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE (occupational) legislation, Company standards and procedures for continuous process, operational Safety & Plant Integrity.
• Design and automate dashboards for Asset Integrity Assessment, Asset Life Extension KPIs and any other projects as instructed by line manager.
• Clean and structure data from SAP PM/MM.
• Support predictive analytics for asset life extension.
• Provide support to project team in Asset Integrity dashboarding management
• Update and development of Maintenance Processes
• Suggest organization or master data change (periodicity, preventive task content...) to improve the projects the entity is working on
• Setting up meaningful and value adding solutions supporting the project teams to have full visibility on workload, priorities and achievements
• Review planning achievement against plan and efficiency against available manpower and propose improvement
• Set-up and analyze KPIs
• Regularly review and provide input into strategies to improve quality and optimize delivery
• Drive SAP modifications to meet the project requirement
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as directed by line manager
Ideally, you will have graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.
You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication
You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Profile
- Bachelor’s in data science, Engineering or IT
- 10–15 years of experience working in an oil & gas operator
- Skilled and experienced in working in a multi-cultural and highly technical specialized environment
- Expert in:
- Dashboard (Power BI) and databases
- SAP, S/4HANA
- Python
- Maintenance processes specifically on Asset Life Extension, integrity management tools
