Job description

Role Overview

Each Commissioning Discipline Lead is responsible for managing and executing commissioning activities for their respective discipline on site, under the supervision of the Commissioning Site Lead (CSL).

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise discipline-specific commissioning activities on site
    Manage execution teams (supervisors, technicians).
  • Ensure execution in line with OPERCOM, project procedures, and HSE standards
    Coordinate with CSL on:
    Planning and priorities
    Technical issues and interfaces.
  • Ensure proper system/subsystem completion and handover readiness
    Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up phases.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and constraints.
  • Operate within SIMOPS and brownfield conditions.
  • Report progress, risks, and KPIs

Profile

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 10–15 years Oil & Gas experience
Proven experience in:
Onshore commissioning
Brownfield / SIMOPS environments
Experience managing site teams
