Job description
1. Manage contract-related documentation, correspondence, and records.
2. Maintain personnel records, work orders, deliverables, and document registers.
3. Coordinate submission of reports, invoices, timesheets, and supporting documents.
4. Track contract milestones, deliverables, and administrative requirements.
5. Support personnel onboarding and documentation processes.
6. Arrange meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and monitor action items.
7. Ensure proper filing, retention, and retrieval of project documents.
8. Provide administrative support to COMPANY and project teams.
Profile
1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, project administration, document control, or similar functions.
3. Familiarity with service contracts and document management processes.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
6. in written and spoken English.
7. Having Valid KTP ( Indonesia ID )
