Votre mission

MISSIONS :  


- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines aligned with project needs and international standards (IEC, ISA, NFPA, NEC).  
- Deliver technical training sessions (classroom, workshops, and on-the-job training) covering key E&I systems such as PLC, DCS, ESD, loop checking, calibration, MV/LV systems, and hazardous area equipment.  
- Assess technical competencies of E&I personnel and identify skill gaps through structured evaluations.  
- Design and maintain training materials (manuals, procedures, presentations, competency matrices, assessment tools).  
- Ensure integration of safety-critical practices (LOTO, arc flash protection, SIL concepts) into all training modules.  
- Organize certification programs and refresher trainings (e.g. HV authorization, Ex equipment handling).  
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance tracking.  
- Maintain accurate training records and competency matrices in compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.  
- Support onboarding and ensure personnel certification before autonomous field activities.  
- Coordinate training schedules with operations, maintenance, and project constraints.  
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (maintenance, inspection, technical teams) to ensure training relevance and continuous update.  
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuous learning mindset across E&I teams.  
- Contribute to the development of training tools, simulators, and learning solutions. 
 
CONTRACT TERMS & MOBILITY :


Contract type: Local employment contract within an international group entity or freelance contract, depending on profile 
Working arrangements: 
Full remote during the preparation phase with missions in Cergy (France) and abroad at contract start for spot missions overseas 
Expected final project outcome: 
Establish a fully operational E&I training framework ensuring: 
Competent and certified workforce  
Full compliance with HSE and operational standards  
Sustainable knowledge transfer within the O&M organization  
Readiness for plant commissioning and steady-state operations 

Votre profil

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or equivalent  
Training certifications (CTP or equivalent) are a plus  
7–10 years of relevant experience  
Experience in Oil & Gas / petrochemical / industrial projects  
Experience in international environments  
Fluent English mandatory  
Turkish is a strong advantage  
Strong ability to work cross-functionally 

Minimum 7 years of experience in E&I training or technical roles in O&M or large industrial projects (petrochemical preferred) 
Strong expertise in: Electrical systems (MV/LV, power distribution, motor control), Instrumentation (valves, transmitters, calibration), Automation systems (PLC, DCS, ESD)  
Solid understanding of: Process control systems, Industrial safety standards (LOTO, SIL, hazardous areas)  
Proven experience in: Training program design and delivery, Competency assessment and gap analysis  
Familiarity with: International standards (IEC, ISA, NFPA, API), LMS / training management tools  

Strong communication and pedagogy skills  
Ability to translate complex technical topics into practical training content  
Stakeholder management (multi-interface: HR, operations, client)  
Strong organizational and planning skills  
Adaptability in multicultural and fast-paced environments 
Proactive mindset with strong ownership  
Safety-driven mindset
