Job description
o Provide guidance on process and mechanical commissioning strategy.
o Review commissioning sequence of utilities, safety systems, hydrocarbon systems, process packages
o Review procedures for process start-up, package commissioning, mechanical preparation
o Validate technical content prepared by ITF writers
o Validate alignment between start-up logic and commissioning execution
o Ensure procedures follow OPERCOM commissioning principles
