	We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Qatar LLC
                                     Sr. Planner
 
Develops detailed plans with the sequence of activities that define a required scope of work, which include site preparations, material, manpower, and vendor requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops detailed plans with the sequence of activities that define a required scope of work for all P3 
 and P4 work orders.
- Plan is broken down into logical tasks with resources related to materials, procurement, tools, equipment, labor, contracts and logistics requirements
- Performs daily review of new notifications to ensure the information is sufficient for planning 
 purposes and provides insight for realistic TFUC (Time Frame Under Consideration)
- Checks and requests cancellation of identified duplicate work orders for similar work on the same 
 equipment/functional location.
 
	Profile
	Experience, Knowledge and skills
Educational Qualifications: Minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent) in Engineering.
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the maintenance planning/scheduling, in the Oil, Gas or Petrochemical Industries.
Computer Skills: Computer literate with knowledge of SAP and commonly used Microsoft business software packages required.
English Language Skills: Good written and oral communication skills in English.
Job Specific Requirements:
- Should be proficient in SAP planning transactions.
- Should understand Maintenance Business Process.
- Should be able to plan different online and offline jobs based on Operational requirements.
