Job description

Planning Phase
·       Develop detailed execution plans for assigned IDP packages.


·       Prepare activity-specific work plans including:


o   Scaffolding arrangements


o   Temporary access planning


o   Nitrogen spread deployment


o   Temporary lighting arrangements


o   Equipment positioning plans


o   Operational support requirements


·       Estimate manpower, tools, and equipment requirements.


·       Coordinate with Lifting Engineers and other disciplines.


 


Site Preparation Phase
·       Verify field conditions and constructability.


·       Coordinate scaffold erection and temporary facility installation.


·       Check readiness of equipment, tools, and materials.


·       Tagging and bagging of materials prior to shutdown execution.


·       Support work front preparation including the heavy equipment arrangement.


·       Resolve field constraints prior to shutdown execution.


 


TAR Execution Phase
·       Act as field focal point between Client supervisors and subcontractor workforce.


·       Direct and supervise subcontractor activities.


·       Coordinate:


o   Valve Isolation


o   Positive Isolation Installation


o   Positive Isolation Removal


o   Nitrogen Purging


o   Steaming Activities (including draining of HC)


o   System Reinstatement Activities


·       Monitor subcontractor’s execution progress and manpower deployment.


·       Ensure compliance with HSE requirements.


·       Escalate issues and provide solutions to maintain schedule.


 


Close-Out Phase
·       Coordinate de-isolation activities.


·       Support equipment de-mobilization.


·       Verify work completion.


·       Packing of remaining materials and tools for preservation.


·       Participate in close-out reporting and lessons learned.

Profile

·       Shutdown/Turnaround (TAR) experience in Oil & Gas facilities.


·       Familiarity with plant operations and isolation systems.


·       Experience supervising subcontractor workforces.


·       Strong field coordination and leadership capabilities.


·       More than 10 years of supervisor experience in the Oil & Gas field.


 


The TAR Operation Support Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing detailed operational support plans based on the Client's Isolation and De-Isolation Plans (IDP). The Supervisor directly manages field execution through subcontractors and ensures TAR operational activities are safely and efficiently completed.
