Job description
1. Prepare training material as per scope required including training syllabus and assessment
2. Deliver training in-class room method ( with 25 participants approx. )
3. Make sure training delivery can meet the training objective
Profile
1. Have valid Indonesia ID ( KTP )
2. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
3. Training of Trainers (ToT): Having Completion of an accredited ToT course recognized by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker) or ESDM is an advantage.
4. Minimum 2 years technical training experience.
5. Ability to develop and assess competency.
6. Strong presentation and instructional design skills, experience developing training materials.
7. Experience delivering classroom and practical training, strong troubleshooting capability.

4. Cooling Water System Certification, Water Treatment Knowledge
