Job description
Administrative & Office Support
Provide daily administrative assistance to the site project team.
Organize meetings, prepare schedules, and support action follow-ups between Ratawi site and Abu Dhabi office.
Maintain personnel attendance, rotation schedules, and site contact lists.
Handle general office arrangements including supplies, services, and basic site administration tasks.
Manpower Coordination
Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of project personnel to/from Ratawi field.
Maintain and update rotation plans, and manpower allocation lists.
Support onboarding logistics for new arrivals (badging, camp allocation, site orientation scheduling).
Liaise with Abu Dhabi HR/Project Admin to relay manpower requirements and changes.
Coordination & Communication
Act as the administrative point-of-contact between field team and Abu Dhabi office.
Relay operational updates related to manpower, movements, and logistics needs.
Support organization of visits from leadership, auditors, or vendors.
Maintain professional communication across multicultural teams.
General Support Duties
Assist with petty cash logs, expense submissions, and basic administrative records.
Provide practical assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of site operations.
Ensure adherence to site security, HSE entry protocols, and company procedures in administrative processes.
Profile
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
3+ years’ experience in site administration or logistics support, ideally in oil & gas or industrial projects.
Prior experience in manpower coordination, travel, or camp/site logistics is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
