4. Ensured that, in addition to quality and sound engineering practices, project planning and cost control remained key priorities.

5. Ensured acceptable justification between disciplines, with decisions driven solely by the best interests of the overall project.

6. Maintained strong working relationships with contractors by demonstrating appropriate flexibility while remaining firm when necessary to achieve project objectives.

7. Collaborated with engineering disciplines, HSE, cost control, planning, and administration teams to enhance overall team effectiveness.

8. Provided the CSR with information on all events that could affect the successful achievement of project objectives.

1. Bachelor's degree (minimum S1 or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.

2. Has a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant work experience, including at least five (5) years in construction, fabrication, piping, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning of EPC Oil & Gas projects.

3. Has held significant responsibilities in multidisciplinary projects.

4. Has recognized expertise in the relevant field.

5. Demonstrates a proactive approach and possesses well-developed leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Able to work effectively under pressure.
