PURPOSE
Ensures NorSPIE PSV Specialist expertise.
Ensure the integrity of the PSV maintenance process.
In charge of coordination of activities, is the guarantor of the PSV maintenance, validation of calibration certificates, and storing all data to ensure a perfect traceability of maintenance activities on each PSV.
Ensure relation with authorities regarding pressure equipment and safety equipment use and management.
Needs to maintain good communication with the maintenance team, needs to work in close relation with Inspection Offshore and Onshore team and Onshore Maintenance support team when needed.
Based onshore and may be called offshore for specific mission as specialist.
Assist with training new NorSpie personal within his/her field
Operations
In charge of carrying out Preventive and curative maintenance on PSVs. In line with company’s referential, he:
Ensures the expertise, tests (pré-pop test, pop test, Kellog test), refurbishment, of the PSVs according to standards in use.
Ensure recording of data and uploading to IT system and transmission to Client (PIM).
Ensure the integrity of data.
Ensure equipment used for maintenance, test, calibration activities are well maintained and if required, certified for these operations.
Follow the Maintenance/Inspection program given every year, review the planning induced, considering the units availabilities.
Defines the required spare parts for each work, by adding them on dedicated Work orders.
Review following subject to make optimization proposal:
Stock management, MRP parameters review, spare position (onshore or offshore)
Database, like functional locations, links between spares and functional location, error correction if there is,
Maintain up to date the documentation related to methods and equipment.
Ensures proper planning, scheduling, and execution of PSVs maintenance considering production or other constraints.
Expert in his trade.
Good sense of organization. Sociable.
Pride in his work, ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and others.
If needed, Physical ability to work on offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site.
Perfectly competent and independent in his field, must show common sense, organization ability and responsibility.
He must be able to anticipate and analyze situations.
Local rotational 2x3 contract
Knowledge of standards in use in PSV calibration.
Certification for use and certification of pressurized equipment
