Job description
1. Execute HSEQ audits, inspections, and assurance programs.
2. Perform compliance reviews against COMPANY requirements and applicable regulations.
3. Review risk assessments, work procedures, and HSEQ documentation.
4. Monitor HSEQ performance indicators and identify trends or recurring issues.
5. Participate in incident investigations and verification of corrective actions.
6. Evaluate contractor HSEQ performance and compliance status.
7. Prepare technical reports, audit findings, and recommendations.
8. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to HSEQ performance.
Profile
1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in HSEQ, Quality, Risk Management, Compliance Monitoring, Audit, or Assurance functions in the Oil & Gas industry.
3. Experience conducting inspections, audits, field assessments, and compliance verification.
4. Good understanding of HSEQ regulations, industry standards, and risk management processes.
5. Proficient in technical report preparation and data analysis.
6. Fluent in written and spoken English.
7. Having Valid KTP ( Indonesia ID )
