SPIE Oil & Gas Services Indonesia is currently looking for Lead Instrument Engineer.
Your main duties are:
- Reviewing the project scope, identify required resource, resource planning including manpower, office requirement, recruitment plan, cost estimation and scheduling.
- Planning, supervising, control and managing the team which consist of engineers, supervisor, and drafters. Direct reporting to Engineering Manager or Project manager.
- Having commitment on QHSE, project schedule and controlling cost.
- Good communication skill to coordinate internal and external involving on the projects, including client, vendor, third parties, etc.
- Prepare, review, check, control, and monitoring on engineering documents: scope of work, procedures, specification, bill of materials, engineering schedule, sizing calculation, design drawings, procurement, RFQ, TBE, etc.
- Familiar with International Standard, knowing Total general specification is preferable.
- Working with sizing software such as Instrucalc, ASME PTC93 for therwowell, vendor for PSV, control valve, etc.
- Design control system equipment: PCS-PSS-F&G functional design specification, I/O allocation, bill of materials, FAT/IFAT/SAT procedure and report, programming, testing, and commissioning.
- Experience on design, fabrication, staging with Control System equipment such as: Triconnex, Honeywell, Foxboro, Siemens, AB, etc.
- Performing Control System site activities: fabrication, integration, FAT, construction, commissioning, start up and OTP.
- Ready to work in worldwide environment: domestic and international, onshore, and offshore.
We are looking for candidate with:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience on Engineering design of Instrument and Control system, especially performing Detail Engineering Design (DED) in brownfield. Having experience on FEED and greenfield will be additional preference.
