SPIE Global Services Energy is currently looking for Offshore Training Coordinator to join its workforce in Angola.
Key Responsibilities Include:
HSE
- Provide the basic knowledge necessary to work on the FPSO and confirm the acceptance level is met.
- Propose all relevant training actions to improve the individual/group efficiency or the H.S.E awareness of the operators.
- Provide training on Operational Discharge Management Plan and ISO 14001 Management on site.
- Organize the collaborators to do the Safe pass mandatory training and follow-up.
TRAININGS
- Organize the agreed training sessions, lead the training, and oversee the validation of the training modules.
- Update the training assessment of the DP17/FO personnel on the FPSO and propose necessary corrective actions.
- Update and maintain training documentation and provide regular copy to the COMPETENCIES AND TRAINING Service.
- Manage the training documentation (slides, supporting write-up, quiz, training manual) with the support of assistants and technicians.
